Andrew Levine

Andrew S. Levine joined the firm in 1994. He became a partner in 2010 and directs the firm’s Health Law Regulatory practice. Andrew has had over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare field as a regulator, policy-maker and attorney.

Andrew represents a broad range of healthcare providers, including:

  • Healthcare systems,
  • Acute care hospitals,
  • Medical technology providers (MRI, radiation therapy, PET, proton beam, etc.),
  • Behavioral health providers (e.g., psychiatric, substance use, etc.),
  • Urgent care providers,
  • Ground and air emergency medical service providers (ambulances),
