Andrew Maglione is an associate in Barrett & Singal’s Health Law practice where he provides services and consultations to many different healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, home health agencies, physician groups, assisted living residences, and ambulatory surgery centers. Andy assists clients in a broad range of areas such as healthcare fraud and abuse, policies and procedures, medical peer review, Board of Registration in Medicine investigations, and HIPAA.
Andy also provides general business and corporate legal services in areas such as regulatory and corporate compliance, contracting, employment law, and corporate transactions.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Andy worked as a law clerk at Barrett & Singal. In 2015, Andy was a summer associate in the Boston office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. Prior to working in the legal field, Andy worked at Tufts Health Plan where he specialized in behavioral health and substance abuse services. While in law school, Andy served as the Chief Comment Editor on the Suffolk University Law School Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
